Posh Girl Couture values our customers and want to give them the best service. We understand you may have a few questions before placing an order so we have a list of our Frequently Asked Questions for your review. If you do not find the answer you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us and a representative will get back with you.

Q. What is consider a custom or personalized order?

A.  Most of the products that PGC sales are customized for our POSH Princesses.  Our tutu's, all bling items, hairbows, and embroidered shirts are considered custom orders.  If you choose to have your name, initials, business name, or personal saying applied to items such as our Posh PersonaliTEE shirts, our totes and handbags, or any monogrammable item PGC offers, this is considered personalization.  Please note that both custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALES.

Q. What is PGC's shipping policy?

A. All items are shipped via United Postal Service with delivery confirmation.  In most cases custom orders are shipped within 14 business days.  Holiday orders may take as long as 21 business days.  You will receive an estimate time of completion with your receipt of payment.  You will be notified when your order is ready to ship.  Depending on your shipping address, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your shipment to arrive.  Please allow up to 14 days for orders shipped outside of the US through USPS Priority Mail services.  Additional fees can be applied to your account due to shipping location, package size, and weight.

Stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days. 

First Class, Express, and Priority Mail are available for an additional fee.

Q.When can I expect my order?

A. Posh Girl Couture works with many different companies, delivery times vary from product to product and location.  Some stocked items may only take 3-5 days to ship from our home office in Houston, TX, while our personalized and custom-made items can take several weeks to process and ship.  Rush Delivery is available on many (but not all) of our products for an additional charge. If you need your order by a certain date, please include a special note along with your payment or contact us to confirm that we can meet or beat your requested date. Please note that orders outside of the US will take longer, an additional 10 days through USPS Priority Mail.  Express Mail is available at an additional fee.

Q. Will I be charged a sales tax?

A.  All residents of the state of Texas will be charged a sales tax of 8.25% which will be included in your final total.

Q.  Will I be able to check on the status of my order?

A. PGC will send you two emails, one to notify you that your order is complete and ready to ship, the other with the details (tracking number) of your shipment.  You may view the status and details of your order at anytime! Simply click on our "Order Tracking" Button where you will be prompted to enter your email address and order number.  Some tracking services may be delayed by a day, so please allow at least 24 hours before checking.

Q.I do not see what I am looking for, does PGC take custom orders?

A. Posh Girl Couture absolutely LOVES custom orders!  Please contact us to see if we can help you design the perfect outfit for your POSH Princess for any ocassion.  Depending on the order, please allow us enough time to give you the best ending results.  There may be an additional fee for material, size, and creativity.

Q.What is PGC's store policy?

A. All sales are final for personalized and custom orders unless there was a mistake by Posh Girl Couture. PGC works with many vendors who are carefully chosen for best quality and safety for our POSH Princesses.  Our customers understand that rhinestones, crystals, and other embellishments that are applied to our products can be detached or removed and can cause harm to a child under the age of 12 if it is swallowed.  Our customers understand that PGC looks out for the best interest of our POSH Princesses but purchases from us are entirely on their own risk.  PGC will carefully examine all items of an order before shipping to provide our customers with the best results.  All items are sold AS IS without any warranties.  However, customers have up to 15 days after shipping to make any returns or notify us of an order mistake made by PGC.  For more questions, please feel free to contact one of our representatives at poshgirlcouture@gmail.com.

Q.When can I contact Posh Girl Couture?
